Harvesting
The maintenance of hygienic conditions in fish holds, crates and market areas is required by law. Based on our chlorine dioxide technology, our BACTI@home range of disinfectants can be used to give a complete clean to crates and equipment, removing the need for a two-stage clean and disinfection of soiled areas..

Ice Production
The ice used for packing fish should be treated with a low level biocide to improve product quality. BACTI@home is a powerful Chlorine Dioxide biocide, available in easy to use tablets, pouches and sachets. The slow release of Chlorine Dioxide onto the surface of the fish as the ice melts helps to prevent spoilage and odours during transport. Suitable for use in ice for fish transport and final products.

Processing Plant
BACTI@homes products are designed to be integrated into hygiene regimes and used at key control points, to reduce bacterial loading. Made using the biocide Chlorine Dioxide, to treat all water within the processing plant. BACTI@home is effective against complex microorganisms such as protozoa. It is applied through an efficient BACTI@home dosing system, which removes the need for expensive Chlorine Dioxide systems.

BACTI@home disinfectant liquid can also be used for fogging applications in chillers and cold rooms, providing excellent biocidal results.
